Whether it’s boxing, strength, private sessions, or workshops — each class type should have its own template. This allows your team to quickly schedule sessions with all the right details already set. Click **Schedule** in the top navigation 2. Click the **cog icon ⚙️** in the corner 3. Click the **+ icon** to create a new template 2. In **Session Name**, enter the class title (e.g. *Boxing*) 3. Write a **class description** (e.g. “50-minute class focused on boxing techniques”) 2. Set **Items Supplied** (e.g. gloves, towel) 3. Add **Items to Bring** (e.g. wraps, water bottle) 4. Select **Duration** (e.g. 50 minutes) 5. Choose your **Location** 6. Pick a **Room** if applicable 7. Set **Session Size** (e.g. 30 attendees) 2. Choose a **Drop-in Price** if allowed (e.g. $25) - Leave blank if you require memberships or packs 3. Set **Credits Required** (e.g. 1 = one class) 4. Toggle **Display as Class** = Yes 5. **Enable Booking Requests** = Yes *only* for private sessions 6. Toggle **Payment Required** = Yes (recommended) 7. Set **Waitlist Limit** (e.g. 5 spots) 8. Click **Create Template** 2. Go back to the **Schedule** view 3. All the pre-filled details will ensure a smooth experience for clients and staff. --- ## FAQs **Q: Can I use the same template across locations?** A: Yes — just make sure the appropriate location and room are selected during template creation. **Q: What’s the difference between drop-in and credit-based access?** A: Drop-in allows clients to pay per class without a membership.
