Prerequisites

  • A browser with download permissions
  • Logged into your Hapana account

How to filter and download a report

1. Open the Reports section

Click Reports in the top navigation bar.

2. Choose a report to work with

For this example, click into the Financials category and open the Membership Details Report.

3. Add your filters

Use filters to narrow the report down before downloading:

  • Status filter: Select multiple statuses like Active, Pending, Suspended, or Scheduled

  • Package name: Click into the Package Name dropdown

Tip: Hold down Command (Mac) or Control (Windows) to select multiple packages

Once you've made your selections, click Filter to apply them.

4. (Optional) Customize report fields

Click Edit Report Settings to add more columns to your report — like Join Date or other client fields.

5. Download the report

Once your filters are applied, scroll to the top or bottom and click Download > CSV. The report will download to your device.

Tip: You can now open the CSV file in Excel or Google Sheets to sort, graph, or share the data with your team.

Expected outcome

You’ll have a filtered CSV file of your chosen report, showing exactly the data you need — ready to sort, analyze, or share.
