How to Add Reports to Your Favorites List

Overview

This guide shows you how to “favourite” your most-used reports in CORE, so they’re quicker to find next time. Whether you’re checking attendance, payments, or usage, favoriting saves time and keeps your go-to insights at your fingertips.

Prerequisites

  • You must have access to the Reports section in CORE
  • You must be logged into your Hapana account

How to favorite a report

1. Go to the Reports section

Click Reports from the top navigation bar.

2. Scroll through the report categories

Browse the different sections like Clients & Attendance, Financial, Marketing, or others.

3. Click the star to favorite

Next to each report name, you’ll see a little star icon.

Click the star to favorite the report. It will light up when it’s been added to your favorites list.

Tip: You can favorite as many reports as you like — no limit!

4. Access your favorites anytime

Your starred reports will now show up in the Favorite Reports section at the top of the Reports page.


Expected outcome

Your most-used reports will be pinned to the top of your reports page, making them easy to find and access.


FAQs

Can I un-favorite a report later?

Yes! Just click the star again to remove it from your favorites.

Do my favorites carry across different locations?

Favorites are location-specific. You’ll need to set them for each location you manage.

Will others on my team see my favorites?

Nope — your favorites are unique to your user login.
