Wondering what all those little icons mean in your classes, client list, or profiles? These icons give you quick insights — like milestones, alerts, or payment issues — to help you take action fast and personalize your client experience.

Prerequisites

Before you begin:

  • Make sure client sign-up fields and custom properties are configured
  • Ensure your team has access to Clients, Schedule, and Client Profiles in Core

Step-by-step instructions

Where to find icons in Core


1. In a class roster

  1. Go to the Schedule
  2. Click on a class to view the list of attendees
  3. Under each client’s name, you’ll see icons like:
    • Number of classes taken
    • Custom property alerts (e.g., injuries or preferences)
    • Milestones like a birthday or weekly streak
    • Home location if it’s different than the class location

Tip: Instructors can use this info to shout out milestones and build rapport before class starts.


2. In the client list

  1. Click Clients in the top nav
  2. Next to each client, look for:
    • Red dollar sign if there’s a failed or missing payment method
    • Custom property alerts for things like shoe size or preferences

Hover over any icon to see a short label explaining what it means.


3. In the client profile

  1. Click on any client’s name
  2. At the top, you’ll see:
    • Icons for custom alerts, milestones, and payment
    • The View/Change Card icon to update payment info

These icons help your front desk or coaching team make fast, informed decisions during check-in or follow-up.


Expected outcome

You’ll be able to quickly interpret what each icon means and take the right action — whether that’s calling out a 3-week streak or chasing up a failed payment.

Q: What if I don’t see any icons?

A: Icons only appear when relevant data is collected. Check your Client Sign-Up Fields and Custom Properties under Configurations.

Q: Can I customize which icons appear?

A: Yes — use Custom Properties and Client Milestones to control what gets shown.

Q: What does the red dollar sign mean?

A: It means the client has a failed or missing payment method on file.
