Icon: Hand with a Pack - List of all Active Packs
Location: Inside class bookings
Meaning: Displays all active packages or memberships available for that client.
Icon: Bar Chart or Milestone Marker
Location: Inside class bookings
Meaning: Shows the client’s total attendance and milestone progress.
Icon: Home Icon
Location: Client class booking card
Meaning: Indicates the client’s home location.
Icon: Custom Property Tag
Location: Client profiles
Meaning: Used to flag important personal notes like injuries, pregnancy, or lost items. These are visible when hovering.
Tip: Add these notes to help front desk staff quickly assist clients.
Icon: Alert Triangle - View Custom Alerts
Location: Client profile
Meaning: Signals a pending agreement, flagged form, or other important alert that needs attention.
Icon: Dollar Sign ($) - Payment Alerts: (Failed, Outstanding or Expiring Soon)

Meaning: Indicates outstanding or failed payments.
Icon: Lightning Bolt - Client's First Visit
Location: Class booking cards
Meaning: Marks a first visit — a great way to spot new clients.
Icon: Lock Symbol - Reset Password

Meaning: Used to send a new password or reset a client’s login.

Meaning: Lets you merge duplicate client records.
