Overview
The Reports tab in Core provides detailed, filterable, and exportable reports that allow you to monitor client activity, track financial performance, analyze marketing campaigns, and manage staff efficiency. Whether you're analyzing monthly performance or checking a single client's attendance, reports offer actionable insights in an easy-to-read format.
Prerequisites
- Admin or reporting-level access to Core
- Basic understanding of your business performance metrics
- Familiarity with client, financial, or operational goals
How to Favourite a Report
- Navigate to Dashboard > Reports
- Click the Star icon beside any frequently used report
- Your starred reports will appear at the top of the list
Tip: Use favorites to quickly access high-priority reports like “Client Check-in” or “Membership Details.”
How to Create a Custom Report

Open any report

Click Save Report

Enter a report name, category, and description

Toggle Restricted Report on/off if needed

Save and find your custom report under the assigned category
How to Filter Reports
At the top of many reports, you’ll find:
- Date Filter: Adjust the range and click Apply Date Filter
- Dropdown Filters: Select filter values and click the green tick
- Add multiple filters by clicking the + icon
How to Download Reports
- If the download icon appears in the report header, click it
- Choose to download the report as a .CSV file
