Overview
You can now collect client address details using structured fields—Street, City, State, ZIP, and Country. This helps standardize data, improves reporting, and supports location-based communication.
Prerequisites
- Admin access to Account Settings.
- Set up a Questionnaire Form. Please see our How to Set up Client Questionnaire Forms article for further information.
Tip: The Unit field is always optional, regardless of your configuration.
Configure Client Address Settings
1. Go to Account Settings
- Click your profile in top right and select Account Settings from dropdown
- Select Configuration
2. Update address input preferences
- Scroll down to the Client Sign Up Field (Client Mode) section.
- Select the pencil icon to edit
- Choose to enable either:
- ZIP code only
- Full structured address (Street, City, State, ZIP, Country)
Tip: Choose full structured addresses if you plan to run campaigns by region or need more detailed reporting.
3. Save your settings
- Click Save to apply your preference.
Expected Outcome
Clients will be prompted to enter their address in clearly labeled fields based on your configuration. This improves the consistency and usability of address data across your business.

Is the Unit field required?
No, the Unit field is always optional.
Can I switch from ZIP-only to full address later?
Yes, you can update the settings at any time in Account Settings.
Will existing client addresses be updated?
No, existing addresses remain unchanged unless manually edited by a staff member or the client.
