This guide shows you how to extend the validity of package credits so your client can continue using their sessions without stress. 🎥 **Watch the walkthrough**: [Click here to watch on Loom](https://www.loom.com/share/d72816eea2b44ec388ed3c5034ab07e2) Or preview it below:   ## Prerequisites Before you begin: - Make sure the client has an **active or expired package** - Know the new **credit expiry date** you want to apply - Understand this only applies to **packages**, not memberships --- ## Step-by-step instructions --- ### Step 1: Find the client and their package 1. Go to the **Clients** section 2. Search for and open the client’s profile 3. Scroll to find the **package** in question 4. Click **Update credits** 2. Look for the section labelled **Credit validity** 3. Enter a new **expiry date** for the package credits - You can extend the date forward as needed 4.
