Unpaid Sessions Report

Overview

The Unpaid Sessions Report shows you all clients who have attended a session but have not yet paid. It focuses on past sessions marked as paid sessions where the payment status is still unpaid.

 

This report helps you track outstanding payments for completed sessions, allowing you to follow up with clients who owe money for services they've already received. Use this data to manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment collection.


Access the Unpaid Sessions Report

1. Navigate to Reports

  1. Log in to Core 
  2. Click Reports from the Navigation bar 

  3. Within the Clients & Attendance Report Category, select Unpaid Sessions report


2. Apply Client Filters

  1. Use the dropdown filter to choose details like First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Gender, Birth Month, Age, or Client Status.

  2. Enter your filter value.

  3. Click the green checkmark to apply or the orange refresh icon to reset.


3. Review Report Columns

The report will display:

  • Full Name - Client’s complete name.

  • Email - Client’s contact email.

  • Session Name - Name of the unpaid session.

  • Session Date - Date of the unpaid session.

  • Session Time - Time of the unpaid session.

Optional fields you can add:

  • First Name / Last Name

  • Gender

  • Birth Month

  • Age

  • Phone

  • Client Status (Active, Alumni)

  • Join Date


4. Save or Adjust the Report

  • Click Save Report to save your filter and column setup for future use.

  • Select Edit Report Settings to customize the layout further.

  • Use the Download button to export results.


Expected Outcome

After running this report, you’ll have a clear list of unpaid sessions so you can:

  • Quickly follow up with clients who owe payments.

  • Track outstanding balances by session and client.

  • Keep your financial records accurate and up to date.


FAQ

Q: Can I export the Unpaid Sessions Report?
A: Yes. Click the download button in the top right corner to export.

Q: Can I filter unpaid sessions by client type?
A: Yes. Use the Client Status filter to see results for Active or Alumni members only.
