Overview
In Core, you can easily customize your Reports page by adding or removing Favorite Reports. This allows quick access to the reports you use most frequently, helping you streamline your workflow and reduce time spent searching.
This guide walks you through how to manage your favorite reports list.
Prerequisites
- Access to your Hapana Core account
- Permission to view and manage reports under the Reports section
Step 1 – Access the Reports Page
- Log in to your Hapana Core account at core.hapana.com
- Click on the Reports tab in the top navigation bar
Tip: Favorite Reports will always appear at the top of the Reports page for easy access.
Step 2 – Remove a Report from Favorites
- In the My Favorite Reports section, locate the report you want to remove
- Click the filled star icon next to the report name
- The report will be removed from the top list and returned to its default category
Step 3 – Add a Report to Favorites
- Scroll through the Reports list to find the report you want to favorite
- Click the unfilled star icon next to the report name
- The report will now appear in your My Favorite Reports list at the top of the page
Expected Outcome
Your selected favorite reports will appear at the top of the page every time you access the Reports tab, giving you quick access to the tools you use most often.
