This guide walks you through how to enable overlapping sessions for a specific room in your facility using Hapana Core. --- ## Prerequisites - You must have access to your Hapana Core Account. - You need permission to edit location and room settings. --- ### Step 1: Log in to Your Hapana Core Account 1. Go to [core.hapana.com/login](https://core.hapana.com/login). 2. Enter your credentials and click **Login**. > Tip: Bookmark the login page for quicker access. --- ### Step 2: Access Your Business Settings 1. Scroll down until you see **Allow overlapping session booking in this room**. 2. Repeat the same steps for each room where you want to allow overlapping sessions. **Q: What happens if I forget to toggle this on?** You won’t be able to schedule overlapping sessions in that room — the system will block you from double-booking. **Q: Is this setting reversible?** Absolutely.
