[Reporting](https://support.hapana.com/member-management?hsLang=en#reporting) # Membership Details Report | Updated April 2025 We’ve leveled up the membership details report to give businesses more power and less hassle. Before, you had to run two reports – one for active members and one for inactive – and stitch them together yourself. On top of that, it was tough to slice and dice by membership type. Well, not anymore.   This update brings one clean, consolidated view. You can now filter by category (session packages vs. recurring memberships), track key lifecycle dates, see sales and payment details, and apply advanced filters without breaking a sweat. More visibility. Less manual work. Data that actually helps you run your business. ### **What’s new** 1. **One Report View** – See active, inactive or all members in one report. 2. **Category Filters** – Quickly separate session packages from recurring memberships. 3. **Lifecycle Events** – Track join date, inactive date, auto-renew date, expired date and more. 4. **Sales & Payment Columns** – Optional columns to see who processed the sale, who referred it, and when the first payment hit. 5. **Advanced Filters** – Dynamic filters that adjust based on your selections. 6. **New Financial & Member Data Points** – Dig deeper into member trends. 7. **Active Credit Filter** – Find members who still have active credits in a click.   --- ### **New Filters** Here’s the full list of filters you can now use: - **Category** – filter by session packages or recurring memberships - **Sale date (range)** – Filter by when the membership was sold - **Join date (range)** – Filter by when the member officially joined - **Created date** – Filter by when the member profile was created in the system - **Custom properties** – Filter by business-defined member fields. - **Active Credits** - Filter by whether a member has active credits   --- ### **New Data Columns** We’ve added a bunch of extra data points to give you a fuller picture. **Financial data** - **Last charge amount** – Shows the most recent membership charge - **Next charge amount** – Shows the next scheduled charge - **Recurring invoice amount** – If the membership includes recurring billing, we’ll show that too   **Member Lifecycle** - **Member created date** – When the profile was first added - **Intro offer purchase date** – If the member bought an intro offer - **Inactive date** – When the member became inactive   **Offer Lifecycle** - **Cancel date** – When the membership was cancelled - **Cancel reason** – The reason given for cancellation - **Completed date** – When the membership was marked as completed   **Membership Data** - **Category** – Membership classification - **Custom properties** – Custom fields you’ve assigned - **Address and Postcode** – Member location information   --- ### **Existing Columns – still here, still useful** - **Join Date** - Official membership start date  - **Purchase date** – When the membership was purchased - **Auto-renew date** – The next renewal date (for auto-renew memberships) - **Expired date** – When the membership ended - **Recurring invoice amount** – The last billed amount -
