Click the **+ icon** in **Schedule Settings** 2. Enter a **Template Name** (e.g. *Dance Session*) 3. Choose the **Class Type** from the dropdown > Tip: Use the pencil icon ✏️ to add new class types (e.g. Dance Fitness) 4. Select a **Color** to visually differentiate the class on the calendar 5. Add a **Description** (e.g. “Dance workout — bring dance sneakers”) 2. Set the **Duration** (e.g. 15 minutes) 3. Choose a **Location** and **Room** (e.g. Serenity Space) 4. Choose a **Session Size** (e.g. 15 people) 2. Set a **Drop-in Price** (e.g. $0 if not available for casuals) 3. Assign a **Credit Value** (e.g. 1 credit per session) 4. Toggle **Yes** for **Display on Timetable** 5. Leave **Booking Request** off unless it's a private session 6. Select **Payment Required** = Yes 7. Toggle **Waitlist** = Yes 8. Set **Session Feedback** = No 9. Leave **Two-Part Authentication** off (unless needed) 10. Go back to **Calendar View** 2. Select an open time slot (e.g. **8am on Wednesday**) 3. Click the **recurring arrow icon** to set how often the class repeats - Choose **weekly recurrence** (e.g. every Wednesday) - Avoid selecting multiple days at once — this links the classes and changes to one affect all > Tip: Create each weekday’s class separately to keep full control 4. Scroll to **Schedule Templates** and select your new template (e.g. Dance) 5. Click **Next** 6. Choose whether or not to **Add Clients** now (optional) 7. Skip **Reservations** if not needed 8.
