If you want to keep your calendar tidy, you can hide cancelled sessions in just a few clicks. Click **Schedule** in the top navigation 2. Find the session you want to cancel (e.g. *Saturday boxing class*) 3. Click the **pencil icon ✏️** 4. Choose **Edit Only This Session** 5. Click the **cog icon ⚙️** (Schedule Settings) 2. Select **Hide Cancelled Sessions** 3. Find the cancelled class from the list 4. Click **Hide Cancelled Session** 5. You would need to recreate the class if it needs to be restored. **Q: Do clients get notified when a session is hidden?** A: No — hiding a session only affects your internal schedule view.
