This is helpful for families, couples, or training partners who want one person to cover the payments for both. 🎥 **Watch the walkthrough**: [Click here to watch on Loom](https://www.loom.com/share/aabf244289924e96a7ebe37254da7c5c) Or preview it below: --- ## Prerequisites Before you begin: - You need at least **two active client accounts** - You must have **admin access** to edit client profiles or process sales - Know which client will be the **payer** and which will be the **recipient** --- ## Step-by-step instructions --- ### Step 1: Set up the relationship between two clients 1. Go to the **Clients** section and open the profile of the first client (payer or recipient) 2. Click the **Client Information** tab 3. Click **Edit**, then scroll to the **Relations** section 4. Search for the other client by name or email 5. Select the correct client and click **Save** 6. Go to **Payments \> New Sale** 2. Click **Add Client** and choose the client who is receiving the membership or package 3. A dropdown will appear showing their related clients 4. Select the related client who will be paying 5. From the **New Sale** screen, click **Add Client** 2. Then click **Add Relations** 3. Search for the second client and select them 4.
