This guide walks you through how to edit one class or all future sessions, cancel a session, or delete it completely. You’ll also learn how to hide cancelled sessions from view to keep things clean. 🎥 **Watch the walkthrough**: [Click here to watch on Loom](https://www.loom.com/share/63f9b0686d5e48b987eb7f5a49712aae) Or preview it below:     ## Prerequisites Before you begin: - Make sure your schedule is already set up with classes - Confirm whether your class is **part of a recurring series** - Know if you're editing **just one session** or **all future sessions** --- ## Step-by-step instructions --- ### Step 1: Open the class editor 1. Go to your **Schedule** 2. Click the **pencil icon** on the class you want to update 3. In the edit window, update any class details you need — time, name, template, etc. 2. Choose a new **Instructor** if needed 3. Click **Save** 4. Click the **pencil icon** again 2. Choose **Edit all future sessions** to see only the **Delete** option → This removes every session in the series from the schedule 3. Choose **Edit only this session** to see **Cancel** and **Delete** options - **Cancel** keeps a record of the class but marks it as cancelled - **Delete** removes the session completely > Tip: There’s no undo button for deleting or cancelling. Click the **cogwheel icon** in your **Schedule** 2. Select **Hide cancelled sessions** 3.
