Overview
The Session Per Staff report shows how many sessions each staff member was assigned to instruct during a selected date range. It includes all scheduled sessions, even if they were cancelled or not attended.
This report matters because it helps you understand instructor workload, spot your most active team members, and make sure sessions are shared fairly across your staff.
Prerequisites
Before using this report, make sure:

You have access to Reports in Hapana

Staff members are already created in your system

Sessions have instructors assigned
Access the Session Per Staff Report
1. Navigate to Reports

Log in to Core
-
Click Reports from the Navigation bar

Within the Staff Report Category, select Session Per Staff report
Step 2: Choose your date range

In Show reports between, select the start date for your report and select the end date

Select Apply Dates Filter
Default settings:

Date From: 1 month ago
-
Date To: Today
Tip: Use a longer date range to review staff workload trends over time.
Step 3: Review the report results
Each row represents one staff member assigned as an instructor.
The required columns include:

Staff Full Name: Staff member’s full name

Email Address: Staff member's email address
-
Phone: Staff member's Contact phone number

Total Sessions: Number of sessions that instructor was assigned to
Step 5: Customize visible columns (optional)
Use the Edit Report Settings button to add extra fields to see more staff details, including:

First Name

Last Name

Gender
-
Birth Month
-
Age
-
Client Status
-
Join date

FAQ
Q: Does this report include cancelled sessions?
A: Yes. Any session where the staff member was assigned as the instructor is counted, even if the session was cancelled or not attended.
Q: Does this show sessions actually taught?
A: No. This report shows sessions assigned, not attendance or completion.
